Full-time Technicians work directly on our customers' computers . As a full-time technician, you may be responsible for an assortment of tasks, including but not limited to processing computers that come into the shop for repair, managing the workflow of computers in line for repair, repairing and upgrading PCs, making upgrade suggestions to customers, and providing general computer advice over the phone, in person, and via e-mail. You will also work on-site for our customers who wish to have their computer problems repaired in their homes or businesses.

Full-time Technicians are expected to work at least 45 hours per week and must be available on Saturdays occasionally. While the requirements of this position change in our dynamic environment, Full Time Technicians should be able to lift at least 25 pounds comfortably. A trained SI technician is capable of working on a minimum of ten computers at once, so multitasking ability is a must! A drivers license, automobile, and insurance is required for on-site applications.
