Return Policy: Schrock Innovations always works to have the happiest possible customers. In some cases we understand that a customer may wish to return a product or dispute the successful resolution of a technology problem. Any instance where a customer would like a full or partial refund or exchange from Schrock Innovations shall be governed by the following rules:

• All labor sales are final. A labor sale is classified as any service that is delivered to a customer that is not a physical or digital product. No refund or exchanges are available on any labor-based service. All computer repairs are covered by a 30-day repair warranty during which time Schrock Innovations will continue to work on any issue until it is resolved.
• Hardware purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of their original purchase from Schrock Innovations. All items must have their original box, packaging, and be in like-new condition as determined by a Schrock Innovations technician. All hardware returns within the 30-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• All software purchases are final and can not be returned under any circumstances.
