Schrock Innovations Announces New Papillion Nebraska Computer Repair Service Center

Posted on May 5th, 2011

Less than one year after launching a new Service Center and radio show in Omaha, NE, Schrock Innovations is scheduled to open its third location in September 2011.

The new location will be located at the corner of 72nd and Hwy 370 in Papillion, NE across the street from the Shadow Lake Pavilions Mall.

“Our original expansion plan was to open a second Lincoln location in early 2012 and follow that up with an Omaha expansion in late 2012 or early 2013,” Thor Schrock, CEO of Schrock Innovations said.

However, the success of the Northwest Omaha Service Center and Schrock’s radio marketing caused a change in the company’s short-range plans.

“Our KFAB Compute This Radio Show has been gaining more than 800 listeners a week and the demand for our products and services has been matching that trend.”

While each of Schrock’s Service Centers provide a full array of products and services ranging from new computers to web design, each of Schrock Innovations’ locations has a specialization that allows the staff to provide a support service for the other service centers.

For example, Schrock’s original Lincoln, NE Service Center acts as a nerve center for the company where corporate support services are maintained.  The Omaha Service Center houses the most advanced data recovery facility in the Midwest and one of the nation’s most talented data engineers.

The new Papillion Service Center will act as a shipping and receiving depot that will allow Schrock to place fewer component orders, build Modular PCs more quickly and carry a larger supply of components on-hand.  It will also house Schrock’s own data center.

“Schrock is preparing for the needs our customers will have tomorrow, including online content storage and backup,” Schrock said.

“Our Papillion Service Center will house our own data center as well as the largest supply of laptop and desktop components in the region.  This private inventory will allow us to repair computers with original components faster than our competition.”
