How to resolve the Smartbridge PSAPI.dll Error After Installing Internet

To resolve the Smartbridge PSAPI.dll problem, you must search for and
rename all copies of the PSAPI.dll file on your PC. Follow the steps below
to complete this process.

- Close all unneeded programs and all Internet windows. Disconnect
from your DSL if you can.
- Left click on Start and then on Search
- In the left pane of the search window, click on "All Files and
Folders"
- In the left pane of the search window in the "Name" box
type PSAPI.dll
- In the left pane of the search window, left click on the "More
Advanced Options" selection
- Make certain there is a check mark in "Search Hidden Files and
Folders"
- Make certain there is a check mark in "Search System Folders"
- Make certain there is a check mark in "Search Subfolders"
- Make certain the "Look in" box is searching in "Local
Hard Drives"
- Left click on the Search Button
