Meltdown Spectre Detection Tool.

A recently discovered vulnerability in nearly all computer chips manufactured in the last 20 years is leaving most computer users at risk. These vulnerabilities have been named Meltdown and Spectre. If exploited, these vulnerabilities allow attackers access to data that was once considered perfectly safe.

With malicious cyber-attacks on the rise, chip manufactures are releasing updates to address the issue. We here at Schrock Innovations what to help you stay ahead of the malicious attacks and help keep your data safe. We have created a tool to detect if your computer’s chip is vulnerable to Meltdown and/or Spectre.

The tool is called the Meltdown Spectre Detection Tool and can be downloaded here. Once downloaded you will need to follow the instruction listed below.

1. Locate and run the file called Meltdown Spectre Detection Tool.
2. It will then scan your system for the vulnerability.
3. The tool will then tell you if you are vulnerability to Meltdown and/or Spectre.
